The analytical and financially-savvy half to JXL’s brother-sister duo, Danny’s experience comes from a hybrid of creative and managerial backgrounds. Extroverted with a zest for working-lunches and happy hours, he is focused on building relationships, trust, and ensuring value for his clients. Outside of production trackers and calendar invites, you’ll come to know a true foodie, a volcanic rock drummer of 27 years, and vintage motorcycle fanatic.

LISA ENSANIAN
FOUNDING PARTNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Lisa began her creative journey through paper crafts, Play-Doh sculptures, and practicing her cursive on eggshell living room walls. Today, she is JXL’s Creative Director having worked alongside notable brands such as Hain Celestial, Shea Moisture, Nubian Heritage, Nature’s Earthly Choice, and Cannuka. Her creative character inspires bi-weekly hair coloring, afternoon photo shoots with her miniature Aussie, and creating new brands in her free time.

JIMI JAMES
FOUNDING PARTNER & AGENCY PRODUCER
Jimi James was born a leader and leads our charge as director of photography, arbiter of taste, and shines light on JxL’s ethos. Inspiring concepts may emerge from his restless mind at any moment; good thing he keeps a moleskin hidden in every room. His passion for visual language keeps JxL moving forward to produce fresh, enticing content. Jimi lives most of his life either on two wheels, sampling Korean barbecue, or behind the lens.

BEA SALUDO
LEAD SENIOR DESIGNER & BRAND STRATEGIST
Bea is the creative drive behind the brands we build and grow from the ground up. Having achieved the role of Senior Designer by age 24, you’ll find her story boarding entire brand concepts in beautiful hand-written calligraphy to inspire the work our team creates. And if you must know, this passion is powered almost exclusively by bubble tea.

Michelle has always been a creative at heart with a love for bringing people together. With experience from companies like McCann, BMS, and The Children’s Place, her focus is on the relationships and trust she builds with her clients and creative teams. When she’s not in e-mails and trackers, you can find her with her family singing showtunes in the kitchen, traveling, writing, playing the piano, or hosting massive get-togethers with family and friends.
